by the Collections Display Committee

The month of April is full of celebrations and recognitions this year! The Libraries are highlighting three displays in Bird Library’s Featured Collections Area on the first floor: Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Disability Pride Month and Sexual Assault Awareness Month.

Each display is carefully curated with our campus partners from Intercultural Collective, The Barnes Center at The Arch, and our very own subject librarians. Special thank you to Carrie Ingersoll-Wood, Harper McKenzie, Gio Colosi, Motolani Oladitan and Leslie Skeffington for providing selections and assistance on these displays.

In addition to the physical displays located on Bird Library’s first floor, we have research guides and blog posts highlighting various physical and electronic titles for Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month, Disability Pride Month and Sexual Assault Awareness Month.

We hope you take time to browse our curated April displays!
