Musical America Worldwide: Job listings, news, and industry reports for the performing arts; plus an online directory of artists, managers, publishers, producers and more

International African Bibliography Online: Scholarly journal and book index for African and African diaspora studies, published in cooperation with the Centre for African Studies, University of Cape Town, South Africa. Includes all entries from the print International African Bibliography (1971-2015) plus new entries.

University of Michigan Press ebook archive, now active on the University of Michigan Press eBooks platform. 1,500 titles published by University of Michigan press from 1932 to present. Syracuse University Libraries contributed collections funds to the University of Michigan Press: Fund to Mission initiative and acquired access to the archive. If the initiative is fully funded annually, the press will publish future titles open access without charging authors an open access book processing charge. MIT Press STEAM and HSS ebook backfiles, now active on the MIT Press Direct platform. 2,300 ebook titles published by MIT Press from 1942 to present. Syracuse University Libraries contributed collections funds to the MIT Press D2O initiative and acquired access to the backfiles. If the initiative is fully funded annually, the press will publish future titles open access without charging authors an open access book processing charge. Cambridge University Press, open access publishing agreement: Starting in 2022, Syracuse University corresponding authors are eligible to make their articles published in Cambridge University Press journals open access without individually paying a fee upon publication. Libraries’ collection funds were used to make this opportunity possible via a ‘read and publish agreement,’ combining our subscription fees with the open access publishing fees for our institution. Public Library of Science (PLOS) open access publishing agreement: Starting in 2022, Syracuse University corresponding authors will be able to publish articles in any of the twelve PLOS journals without paying an article processing charge (APC). Libraries’ collection funds were used to make this opportunity possible. See the Libraries’ news for more information.
