Tabling, Event and Collection Boxes in Bird Library
Bird Library is the busiest academic building on campus. So if you are a faculty or staff member, or in a registered student organization, it's the perfect place to share information and academic and creative work with the campus community through tables, events, displays and collection boxes. For that reason, we've updated our Tabling, Event and Collection Box Guidelines and request form, making it easier for you to plan ahead, understand what's permissable, and submit your request early to help promote your administrative or academic department or your student organization.
As a reminder, you can also use the community bulletin boards to share information about opportunities, events, courses, etc. if you are a Syracuse University or SUNY-ESF student, faculty or staff member. There are two community bulletin boards in Bird Library on the 1st floor next to each vending machine area, one on the Waverly Street side of the building and the other near Pages Cafe.
