Biographical History

Allen C. Story (fl. 1856-1857) was an American law student at the University of Albany during the mid-nineteenth century. Although little is known about Story, there is record of a lawyer with the same name practicing in Chicago, Illinois during the latter half of the century.


Scope and Contents of the Collection

The Allen C. Story Notebook is a single bound volume of lecture notes from 1856-1857. The recorded notes are from a class taught by Professor Amos Dean of the Department of Law at the University of Albany.
