Biography

Photograph of James Ralph Fuller

James Ralph Fuller was a native of Boston, Massachusetts, and a graduate of Northeastern University. He received his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and, at the time of his death, was vice-president of Volkswagen United States, Inc. Before working for Volkswagen Jim had held executive positions at Ford Motor Company and Renault USA. He was survived by his wife, Georgann; his daughter, Stacey; and his son, Christopher.

Jim was a man who possessed a very keen mind, someone with great sensitivity to his fellow humans, which manifested itself in many ways with family, friends, colleagues, and business associates. He was a leader in industry, and supported causes in which he believed with equal vigor. He supported Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and ensured they had the support of Volkswagen.
