Biography

Born August 10, 1958, Diane Marie Maslowski was raised in Haddonfield, New Jersey. After graduating from Skidmore College in 1980 with a double major in French and government, Diane moved to New York City to pursue her dream of becoming a professional ballet dancer. When and ankle injury forced her retirement from dance, Diane used her knowledge of language and proficiency in math to pursue a career in banking. By 1985 she was vice president of bond trading for the investment firm Drexel, Burnham-Lambert and was living in London, England. Diane was returning home to New Jersey to spend Christmas with her parents, Stan and Norma; and her siblings, Michael, Steven, and Susan.


A scholarship has been established in Diane's name at Skidmore College.

The Diane Marie Maslowski Papers contain materials related to Diane Maslowski, killed in the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103 over Lockerbie, Scotland.
