Little information is available about Taft Settlement. There is a Taft Settlement Cemetery, and Taft Methodist Episcopal Church was organized by Rev. Barnard Peck in 1847, both in what is now Cicero, New York.
The Taft Settlement Class Book consists of a single volume listing members of a church "class," or prayer meeting. Also listed are the names of elders, pastors and leaders of the class.
