Lillian Claire Ballou (1883-1983) graduated from the Syracuse University College of Fine Arts, Class of 1906, with a certificate in decorative design.
The Lillian Claire Ballou Papers date from 1904 to 1906 and consist of tuition receipts paid to the College of Fine Arts and an honor society key.
