Biography
Ambrose Charles Driscoll (b. 1866) attended Syracuse University from 1883 to 1887. He was a member of the Sigma Psi fraternity, an editor for the Onondagan yearbook, and a member of the baseball and polo teams. Driscoll went on to a career as a civil engineer for the State of New York working on the canals in various capacities.
Scope and Content Note
The Ambrose Charles Driscoll Diplomas comprise two bachelor's degrees awarded to Driscoll in 1887, one in civil engineering and one in philosophy. The diplomas have blue and pink ribbons, which were Syracuse University's official colors between 1873 and 1890.
