Frances Socci Dulcich (b. 1947) graduated from Syracuse University in 1969 with a bachelor’s degree in Home Economics Education. While at Syracuse University, she was a member of the University Union and the Newman Club. She obtained her master’s degree in Adult Education from Elmira College in 2006, and went on to work as an Associate Professor of Teacher Education at Onondaga Community College until receiving emerita status in 2022.
The Frances Socci Dulcich Papers consists of a program for Syracuse University’s 1957 commencement ceremony signed by then-Senator John F. Kennedy, who delivered that year's commencement address and received an honorary Doctor of Laws degree. Dulcich met him while attending the event, and the papers include her written description of that meeting.
