Biography

David Kirkwood was a local Police Superintendent with the Dumfries and Galloway Constabulary in 1988. He was part of the recovery efforts in Lockerbie, Scotland, following the bombing of Pan Am Flight 103.


Scope and Content Note

The David Kirkwood Papers consist of two discs of materials related to a presentation given by David Kirkwood on the aftermath of the Lockerbie Air Disaster. The discs include the presentation and a word document of the presentation talking points.
