Image 3 shows a typical lab installation of a recessed fire extinguisher which has been specifically designed for fires in a laboratory environment. Many labs will have special requirements for meeting emergency fire conditions of volatile chemical fires. Although this is usually covered in Division 15 - Mechanical, it becomes a special piece of equipment in this program.
