image 15: Backfill and compaction.

The image shows  completed backfill and compaction of a structural fill material to the top of footings and grade beams, and the bottom of structural slabs. The compacted material covers the perimeter drainage system and must be inspected and approved prior to completion of this section of the work. Note, layout of column piers and walls has started with the establishment of the outside corner of the building.
