The general requirements, Division #1 of the specifications, will specify all field office facilities which must be installed and maintained throughout the course of construction by the general contractor or project manager. Depending on the site, these offices may be moved during the course of construction for safety and maintenance of the construction site as determined by the general contractor or project manager. Image 2  shows a conference room located within the Architect's field office. Temporary power, computer and telephone, heat and ventilation, water supply and toilet facilities, computer and telephone links, printers and copiers, and office equipment are all bought and paid for as part of the cost of construction by the general contractor and or the project manager.
