The image is indicative of  the dynamic procedural quality of modern building assembly. Here we can see steel erection, concrete block, face brick, light gauge steel framing and exterior gypsum board all taking place at the same time. The building is constructed dynamically not statically. Note the precast concrete lintels and sills at the windows. Also see the pattern of masonry construction joints which have been carefully coordinated and laid out on the architectural elevation drawings.
