Stay Informed: Access The Chronicle of Higher Education Anywhere with SU Libraries

Syracuse University students, faculty, and staff have full access to The Chronicle of Higher Education—a source for news, analysis and opinion in higher education. You may access content free through the university’s subscription if you're on campus or working remotely.
Whether you're researching trends in academia, exploring career advice or keeping up with the many policy changes going on in higher education today, The Chronicle is a great resource. Here’s how to access it:
To Access The Chronicle of Higher Education:
- Go to the SU Libraries homepage: https://library.syracuse.edu
- Click on “Search Journals” (found under the “Collections” tab or in the quick links on the homepage in the blue Libraries Search box).
- Search for “Chronicle of Higher Education” in the Journals search box.
- Click on the link for Chronicle of Higher Education.
- Then click the first link under Get It Online — Availability Link Labeled Chronicle of Higher Education Available from 1989.
- Log in with your SU NetID and password if prompted.
This will take you directly to The Chronicle’s website via our library subscription, giving you full digital access to articles, archives, and newsletters.
