Search SCRC Collections

Search the Finding Aids

Finding aids provide detailed descriptions of the contents of manuscript and archival collections. Search the finding aids to locate photographs, correspondence, artwork, memorabilia, non-commercial audio recordings, and other unpublished material in the collections.

Libraries Search

Use Libraries Search to locate books, journals, broadsides, commercial recordings, and other published material. You can further limit your search to SCRC’s holdings by selecting ‘Special Collections Materials’ in the search bar.

Search Digital Collections

Use this portal to browse and search our curated digital collections. Materials include photographs, correspondence, artwork, memorabilia, audio and moving image recordings, book covers and more. We are actively migrating collections to a new platform. If you do not find what you are looking for, please contact

To request materials for your visit, please contact us with your materials request using our correspondence form or stop by our Reading Room desk. Please note that most collections are housed off-site and require advanced notice to retrieve.
