Entrepreneurship and Innovation Hub

The Blackstone LaunchPad is Syracuse University’s entrepreneurship and innovation hub, connecting the campus resource-rich ecosystem with a global network that provides support for and builds communities of aspiring entrepreneurs, inventors and creators. The program serves faculty, staff, students and alumni across all disciplines who are interested in entrepreneurship, venture creation and innovation careers.

The LaunchPad supports a key pillar of Syracuse University’s academic strategic plan to give students experiential opportunities that help prepare them to be trailblazers in an entrepreneurial world.

The LaunchPad received seed funding from the Blackstone Charitable Foundation as part of a global network of 70+ universities around the world.

Located on the main floor of Bird Library, its flexible and accessible space can be used for ideation activities, workshops, classes, team and mentor meetings, co-working, networking events, coaching and training sessions, demonstrations, pop-up shops and product launches, as well as other collaborative activities.
