Applications are open through March 4,2026 for Syracuse University’s free NSF I-Corps Regional Course, a month-long virtual program running March 30–April 29, 2026. Designed for STEM researchers and deep tech innovators, the course helps research-driven teams accelerate the commercialization of their technologies through structured customer discovery and product–market fit validation. Participants will work closely with NSF-trained instructors through live virtual sessions, hands-on activities and one-on-one mentoring. Teams will test assumptions, refine value propositions, assess commercial potential and strengthen their readiness for future funding opportunities, including SBIR/STTR grants. Teams that complete the program may also be considered for NSF lineage and nomination to the national I-Corps Teams program. The course is open to Syracuse University faculty, staff, graduate and undergraduate students, as well as innovators from university and community-based incubators.

Offered through the Interior Northeast I-Corps Hub, the program is part of the National Science Foundation’s I-Corps ecosystem. Online applications are due March 4, 2026.
