Syracuse University Libraries will be upgrading its Libraries Search platform on July 14, 2026 to incorporate improved user experience features. Designed to make your research faster and more efficient, the upgrade includes conversational searching that uses natural language to make finding resources more intuitive through “Natural Language Search,” available in the upper right search bar. Users who log in with their Net ID will be able to access the Libraries’ collections, databases, course reserves, saved citations and library account with fewer clicks. The platform also provides improved accessibility and responsive design across all devices.

Users with questions or needing support can contact the Libraries through Get Help, which includes emailing libref@syr.edu.
