Cost: $21,500

Demolished: 2019

Notes: Previously a private home, the buildings was used by Syracuse University student organizations Pride Union and Open Doors for a number of years for meetings and was affectionately known as the "Pride House.” In 2002, after renovations including painting, electrical upgrades, floor refinishing, new windows, new furnace, and air conditioning, it became home to the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Resource Center.

The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender Resource Center was relocated to Schine Student Center and the building was demolished in 2019 along with several other residential structures along the 700 block of Ostrom Avenue to make room for two new residence halls.
