Constructed: ca. 1906

Named for: Emily Helen Butterfield, class of 1907 and a founding member of Alpha Gamma Delta, for whom she designed the house

Location: 709 Comstock Avenue

Leased by SU: 2001 until fall 2011

Notes: Originally constructed for Alpha Gamma Delta women's fraternity, in 2001 it was leased to SU as a women's residence. In the fall of 2011, Alpha Gamma Delta returned to the residence.
