Notes: Skytop Office Building was constructed by Pyramid Company under an agreement to lease the building to the University for 40 years. It was constructed as part of Phase I of the Skytop Project which included Skytop Apartments, along with residential housing. SU later purchased ownership of the building from Pyramid through revenue bonds from the State Dormitory Authority. Renovations and reconfigurations have taken place over the years to accommodate various University administrative offices.
