Notes: Due to overcrowding in Carnegie Library, older books were stored in the Continental Can building, along with manuscript collections that could not be accommodated in Carnegie's Harriman Room. The Library's Order Department, Gift and Exchange Department and the Music Library also relocated there. Additionally, the open spaces and large windows accommodated studios for SU fine arts graduate students.
